Thorough data analysis and reporting is then conducted to provide clear recommendations to refine the concept and ensure its market viability.
  • Implementation Strategy: Developing a thorough and structured growth plan for the selected business concept for inclusion in the business plan. The growth plan includes: a market analysis; a competitive analysis; a financial analysis; a marketing plan; an operations plan; a management plan.
  • Financial Projections: Producing detailed three-year financial projections for the business concept. The financial projections will include: Profit & Loss Statement; Balance Sheet; Cash Flow Statement. The financial projections will be based on the following: market research; competitive analysis; cost analysis; sales forecast; expense forecast. The financial projections will be credible and defensible and will be based on sound financial principles and will be realistic given the current economic conditions.
  • Writing a Submission-Ready Business Plan: The business plan will include the following: an executive summary; a company overview; a market analysis; a competitive analysis; a financial analysis; a marketing plan; an operations plan; a management plan; financial projections.
